Schedule Change Requests

All students wishing to change classes must fill out our online Schedule Change Request Form (below).  Prior to completing it, students need the approval of their classroom teachers and Advisors.  If there is disagreement, Chairs of the relevant departments should be consulted.  When Chairs cannot resolve the issues, they will consult the Academic Dean.  No course changes will be made until students have secured the appropriate approval.  Requests will be processed in the order in which completed forms are received.
