Join the Meditation and Contemplation Group on Thursday nights, from 7:00-7:30ish in the Deerfield Room (2nd floor of the Memorial Building). Meditation can ease the effects of troubling emotions, help your focus, and contribute to an overall feeling of happiness. No experience is necessary; only a curious, interested attitude required.
