Update from ’55

Richard Smith is still retired on Cape Cod (Dennis) for 8 months of the year and in Wilbraham for 3-4 months, or traveling to visit children and grandchildren.

Update from 2008

Katie Canty graduated from Georgetown in May and is now attending Jefferson Medical School in Philadelphia. She received “All American” for college sailing while at Georgetown, where her team won the National Championship this past June.

Stephen Schackne reports: “From 2010-2011 I was on a fellowship in China sponsored by the U.S. State Department. I worked with blind students. Brief included teaching, research, and public diplomacy.
