Jannie K. Lau ’93 has been promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of InterDigital, Inc., a publicly traded wireless technology company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. She joined InterDigital as Associate General Counsel in 2008 and had been serving as Deputy General Counsel since 2010. Jannie is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Columbia College of Columbia University.
