It’s been almost a year since tropical storm Irene caused widespread flooding in New England and elsewhere. The “Goodnight Irene” benefit concert, which will take place in the Large Auditorium at Deerfield Academy on August 28th at 7pm, will help fund the still-needed cleanup. 

The Deerfield Boys soccer team spent August 21-24 practicing with various coaches and scrimmaging different schools like NMH, Trinity Pauling, St. Marks, Salisbury, and St. Georges. New players were able to meet the returning players, and everyone is optimistic for the coming season.
