George Sibley ’77 writes: “Returned from Iraq after closing down the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Mosul and earning the Army’s Outstanding Civilian Service Medal. Back in DC now as Director of the Office of Environmental Policy at the State Department. In between I ran the Marine Corps Marathon — my first at age 54 (probably my last too!).”
