A Wonderful Guy

Congratulations to Hadley Newton, our September Library Question of the Month Winner.

Hadley correctly answered the question, “Who wrote … “I’m as corny as Kansas in August …” ?

The Answer:  Oscar Hammerstein II (1895–1960).  Hammerstein was an American songwriter who wrote the above lyrics for “A Wonderful Guy” one of the songs in the musical South Pacific.

The Library received 2 correct answers and randomly selected our winner by lottery.  Thank you to everyone who participated.
