USPS Changes: Use your PO Box Number
Recent changes in automation and sorting “upstream” of our local post office mean that letters without a valid PO Box will often be returned to sender!  Make sure your acceptance letters, prize winnings, secret communiques, valentines, catalogs, penpal correspondence—and yes, even bills—get delivered properly by using your correct PO Box number.
Don’t know your PO Box? Â Find it on our list of departmental and student mailing addresses. Students, please note that to the off-campus world, your PO Box number is 298–not the number on your mailbox in the gym.
The above information applies to United States Postal Service items only. Â Packages from Fedex and UPS should continue to ship to your name, department name, 7 Boyden Lane, Deerfield, MA 01342.
