IRS Email Phishing Scheme

Please be aware that an email that appearing coming from the IRS asking for your social security number and W2 information is NOT a legitimate IRS request.  The IRS would never request personal information by email. The body of the email may include a link.  Do NOT click on the link and do not respond to the email.
